2017: Seniors’ Day

Sacred Heart Church, Madanthyar organized seniors’ day in view of its post centenary silver jubilee on 3rd of September 2017. Former assistant parish priest Rev. Fr William Barboza celebrated mass with the elders and prayed for their good health. After the Mass a small felicitation was held in the Guardian Angel School and various activities were conducted in order to entertain those people. Parish Priest Rev Fr Basi Vas, Rev Fr Jerome D’Souza, Rev Fr George Santhumayor, religious sisters and ward leaders were present. Committee took the initiative and SVP and Catholic Sabha assisted the committee. At the end of the program all were served sumptuous meals prepared by the committee. Around 250 people were present for the program.
