Sacred Heart educational institutions and Parishioners joined together to celebrate the 75th anniversary (platinum jubilee) of our independence at the college ground on 15th August 2022. Parish priest and Correspondent of the institution Rev Fr Basil Vas was a president and spoke on the importance of the day.

Assistant parish priest Rev Fr William D'Souza, Principal of Sacred Heart PU college Rev Fr Jerome D'Souza, Headmaster of sacred heart English medium school Rev Fr Deepak Dsa, Principal of Degree college Mr Joseph N.M, Headmaster of sacred Heart kannada medium high school Mr Mohan Nayak, Headmistress of Guardian Angel higher primary school Mrs Helen Lobo, Vice President of Sacred Heart Church Mr Leo Rodriguez were the invited guest of the 75th independence day.

It was a remarkable event to celebrate Azadika Amrit Mahotsav with around 4,000 students and 500 Parishioners participating in this program. It was a successful celebration.
